Is the calculator an exact invoice?
The calculator models our progressive volume pricing curve. Enterprise production contracts may include custom integrations (SAP PM, IBM Maximo, Odoo), dedicated telemetry bandwidth, and bespoke SLA options.
Can contractors get a limited login?
Yes. Granular role-based access control allows administrators to restrict external contractors strictly to assigned work orders, designated assets, or specific geographical fences.
What happens when technicians are offline in the field?
Taagger operates as a Progressive Web App (PWA) with client-side IndexedDB caching. Technicians can scan tags, execute PM checklists, and record defect photos with zero cellular connectivity; records automatically reconcile upon reconnecting.
Do digital signatures comply with regulatory standards?
Each electronic sign-off captures operator identity, UTC timestamp, GPS location, and a SHA-256 cryptographic hash of the document, meeting US ESIGN Act, EU eIDAS, and OSHA 1910 standards.
