Tag. Track. Trust

One tag. The whole story behind it.

Each block is a screen, a short explanation, and an example — how the digital twin and passport on every tagged item work in the field. Deep dive in the docs when you need it.

Where things are

Every item has a home, a current holder, and a fence it is allowed to leave. If it walks, you get a ping instead of a rumour.

Example. A crane is scanned out to Site 4. When it starts toward the public road, the office hears about it before it is a police matter.

The item’s life story

Hours, services, photos, who signed what. It stays with the machine even when the owner changes.

Example. A buyer asks about a used truck. You share the passport: 9,240 hours, last MOT, zero open faults.

Spare parts that match the machine

Open a pump and you already know which filter and seal it takes — and whether they are in the cupboard.

Example. The O-ring kit drops to four. A reorder goes out Monday. Tuesday’s job still has parts on the shelf.

How big machines fit together

A plant is not a flat list. If a small pump fails, you can see what it feeds, and which standby is meant to take over.

Example. Pump A faults. The screen shows Exchanger B as hot standby. The switch takes minutes, not a meeting.

QR codes and tap tags

Any phone camera. A tap still works when the sticker is filthy. Visitors see a simple card. Staff see the history.

Example. A contractor scans a pump and gets a support number. Your technician scans the same tag and logs today’s service.

Service that happens on time

Jobs follow a date, or hours of use, or both. A checklist has to be finished before the job can close. When similar jobs already have recorded hours, the form shows a Smart Suggestion for how long this one should take.

Example. At 475 hours the tech gets an 8-step job. It is done Friday. Monday starts without a forklift sitting dead in the aisle.

Warranties care about use, not just calendars. Log a reading from the phone, or let a sensor send it.

Example. A light aircraft shows 70 hours to overhaul. The diary is booked now, not after the limit is a souvenir.

See a fault, snap it, send it

A photo becomes a job with a person on it. Critical shouts. Small waits for the next service.

Example. A hydraulic micro-crack is logged at 09:10 as critical. Workshop has it by 10:00.

A real signature, on the phone

Handovers and permits signed on screen. Each one stores who, when, and where.

Example. A pressure-release permit is signed at 14:32 on site. Later you can show exactly who signed.

A crate of kit, claimed in one scan

Group tools into a shipment. The person at the other end scans the crate tag and takes the lot.

Example. Four tools ship to Aberdeen. The receiver scans the crate. All four move to their name in one tap.

Talk to the software you already have

Connect ERP, CMMS, inventory, and BI systems via APIs and real-time webhooks — including SAP PM, IBM Maximo, Dynamics, Odoo, and custom systems — so nobody types the same serial twice.

Example. A shipment is scanned as delivered. The warehouse system updates stock without a person copying a column.

Words that match your job

Built for construction, engineering, manufacturing, healthcare, agriculture, logistics, facilities management — plus fleet, energy, aviation, marine, mining, and defence where the screens already speak the local language (MOT, airframes, pit trucks, ATEX, and more).

Example. A fleet manager sees mileage, walk-around defects, and MOT dates — not a blank form they have to invent.

Taagger AI — your AI copilot

Taagger AI helps teams search asset data, standardise records, draft audit-ready summaries, flag risks, and automate routine admin — including answers from your uploaded manuals with page cites. A person still signs off on every important decision.

Example. “Torque for the main bearing cap on Turbine-02?” Taagger AI: 80 Nm, then 160, then a 90° turn — page 84.

Manuals for the person who bought it

Makers attach a guide to the serial tag. The customer scans, registers, sees warranty and parts.

Example. A customer scans Hydraulic Crimper HC-400, sees warranty until 2027, and orders a genuine seal kit from the same screen.
