1. Smart Asset Normalization

Messy data is a thing of the past. Our AI automatically cleans and standardizes your asset names and descriptions.

How it works:

  • Detects and corrects typos (e.g., "Lapotp" → "Laptop")
  • Standardizes capitalization (e.g., "dell xps" → "Dell XPS")
  • Recommends consistent naming conventions across your organization
  • Bulk-suggests improvements for your entire asset register at once

Normalization suggestions are never auto-applied. You review and approve each suggestion before any data is changed.

2. AI Copilot

The AI Copilot is an in-app conversational assistant available on asset and task pages. Ask it questions, get maintenance advice, or instruct it to write notes and checklists for you.

Ask the Copilot anything about an asset: "What maintenance is due?", "Summarise recent activity", or "What does error code E-04 mean on this HVAC model?"

The Copilot can take action — appending notes to a task's completion log or creating a checklist with AI-generated items, directly inside Taagger.

Enterprise RAG: On Enterprise plans, the AI Copilot is enhanced with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). It searches your entire asset knowledge base — including maintenance history, parts records, and documents — to give grounded, context-aware answers specific to your data.
